Refund and Cancellation Policy
The technical support plan gets activated and valid from the payment date. All of the annual plans offered by Teche Support are non-refundable.
In the scenario of 1 and 6 months plans, the payments made in lieu of plans are non-refundable. If you have purchased 6 months or the annual plan and are stuck in some sort of problem & our technicians fails to resolve your problem, then you will be given full refund in that month. If you are under 1 time plan and Teche Support professional fails to solve your issue, you will be entitled for the full refund. In the case, when 1 issue is resolved, here 50% of the plan charge will be refunded.
Taxes are not included in any of the plans. Whenever any additional taxes are applicable, Teche Support will add those taxes to the plan fees.
If the main issue is resolved as per customer’s satisfaction, then Teche Support is not entitled to refund any of its service fees. During the event of cancellation of service agreement or the expiration of the date of coverage, Teche Support should not be held responsible for any of the customer issue.
All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with a proper and valid reason for the cancellation.
We are third party service provider and we don't have any concern with the brands and also their logos and icons which are used on website and these are just to representation. The service we are offering is also available to brand owner's as well.
